For the first episode of Ramadan on the Road, Tarek and Noor had the chance to meet the winner of the 2015 edition of The Great British Bake Off, Nadiya Hussain following the release of her new recipe book - Rooza. They then make their way over to Zubeda Welcome's first ever pre-Ramadan Gala! Zubeda Welcome has helped over 500 refugees integrate in the UK and they got to hear their inspiring stories!
