In this episode of Ramadan on the Road, Tarek and Noor visited London’s only planetarium – the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. They got to see the famous Meridian Line, find out more about the role Muslims have played in astronomy, and answer the question – why do Muslims start Ramadan on different days. They then headed over to the kitchen where Tarek had the chance to test whether a Thermomix could make an authentic, Middle Eastern iftar meal.
