Episode 7 – Chicken Noodle Soup

Chef Hamza takes us through the steps of making a hearty chicken noodle soup. He starts by sautéing onions, celery and carrots in a pot with some olive oil, before adding in water and chicken stock. Hamza then adds in the chicken with some herbs and spices, allowing the soup to simmer until the chicken is cooked. To finish off the dish, chef Hamza adds the noodles until cooked. The soup is then garnished with fresh herbs and served hot, perfect for breaking the fast during Ramadan.
