Today we are visiting South London Islamic Centre based in Streatham. By the grace of Allah, there has been a Muslim community in Streatham for almost 50 years and this community has gradually grown in number and prosperity over the years.

Today we are visiting Masjid Ramadan, also known as Shacklewell Lane Mosque, which is based in East London, Hackney. Founded in 1977 by Turkish Cypriot businessman Ramadan Guney, the Masjid offers a wide range of religious and social services to our diverse community of Muslim worshippers.

This episode we visit Battersea Mosque which is in the heart of Battersea and within proximity to Clapham Junction Station. The Masjid also has a Youth and Community Centre of which we filmed.

This week, we are fortunate to visit Havering Islamic Cultural Centre located in Romford. The Masjid hosts the daily prayers with both a male and female section. The Masjid places an emphasis on peace, tolerance and coexistence between everyone.

This week, we are fortunate to visit Collier Row Mosque which is located in Romford with the Masjid site being a discreet building in a residential area accessible via opening the Gate at the front entrance.

Your Local Jumuah - Bow Muslim Cultural Centre

We are fortunate to visit Bow Muslim Cultural Centre otherwise known as Bow Central Mosque. The Masjid was founded in 1998 and has a unique origin. The venue had been a local pub for many years and was finally purchased in a vandalised state to be converted to a Mosque.

Your Local Jumuah - Coventry Cross Mosque

This week, we are fortunate to visit Coventry Cross Mosque in Bromley By Bow which was established in March 1983. It was the first mosque that was given by the Tower Hamlets Council to the residents, to run as a place of worship alongside community activities taking place here.
